Most Web Hosting providers have mod_userdir feature enabled, which allows you to access your website without a domain name.

To access your website without your domain name please type:

http://ip-address/~yourusername/

replace “ip-address” with your host’s IP address and replace “yourusername” with the username of your hosting account.

These two pieces of information can usually be found from your hosting welcome email.
